Find work that's blooming near you.
Pollen is the professional network for freelancers, creators and the people who hire them. Open the map, see shoots, gigs and campaigns pinned around you, and sign up in a tap.
Every gig has a place.
Shoots, campaigns and commissions are pinned where they happen. Filter by what you do, tap a pin, and see the budget, location and how long is left to sign up. Drag the map to look around Manama.

Good to know.
Who can use Pollen?
Anyone who creates or hires. Photographers, videographers, models, makeup artists, designers, musicians, influencers and UGC creators sign up to find work. Brands, agencies, cafés, event organisers and individuals post gigs. One account can do both.
Does the map show my exact location?
No. Other people see you at neighbourhood level, never your street. A gig's exact address is only shared with creators after the hirer confirms them.
How do payments work?
The hirer pays into Pollen escrow when they confirm you. The money is released to you when they approve the delivery, or automatically 72 hours after delivery if they don't respond. Basic pays a 10% service fee, Pro pays 5%.
What does "days remaining" mean on a gig?
It's how long the gig stays open for sign-ups. When the countdown ends, or every spot is filled, the pin closes and the hirer picks from the people who applied.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, from your profile settings at any time. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then move back to Basic. Your portfolio and reviews stay.
Where is Pollen available?
Pollen is launching in Bahrain first, then across the GCC. Remote gigs are open to anyone on Pro.
The bee always finds the flower.
Let the work find you. Pollen is free to join on iPhone and Android.
